Powder House Crosswalk

How Aweful is the powderhouse crosswalk? I just had to sit at a red light for like 3 minutes because two people needed to cross the street and they’re obviously not from around here because they hit the crosswalk button and froze the whole rotary. Even after it ran out, they still hadn’t made their way across. Just as the light changes so that I can go, they stroll very slowly in front of me and give me the little wave like “thanks for letting me ruin your day”.
